Refund Policy
At SeekZero, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. General Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. You will receive a full refund, but you must return the product to the address specified by us.
To be eligible:
Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, and in the original packaging.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address by email.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@seekzero.ai so we can make it right. We will resend the goods or you can choose to refund the full amount.
3. Exchanges
Need a different item? The quickest way is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, simply place a new order for the product you want.
4. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to justify it.
Returned items must meet the same conditions listed above: unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
